2) The detective and solver of mysteries
There are many mysteries the wasteland holds, and many are presented within the other sections of this article. Yet, the most prominent is certainly the Synth issue. Synths are artificial beings created by the Institute and are distributed throughout the wasteland to replace people. Players as well as the game world inhabitants are not certain of this fact. But the rumors point to it. However, it will become clear during the game, and the Institute’s goal is to replace the ‘filth’ of the wasteland with androids and create their own society of scientists.
